"Salutations, it's the fancy way of saying hello." This delightful introduction was given by Charlotte, the title character of Charlotte's Web (1973). This animated version was my favorite childhood film; it still moves me at my age. Another delight I have found in adulthood is sun salutations and moon salutations. What a ritual - to greet our local heavenly bodies with dance. Welcome reader, I hope you find lifegiving words here.
